How to become a member of our running club
Interested in becoming a member?

At Bournemouth Joggers we offer a variety of sessions to suit everyone, and you can find out more on our Club Sessions page.

To get the most out of our sessions, it is best if you can comfortably run about 3 miles. Our sessions will help you to improve your pace and increase your distance. We recommend the NHS Couch to 5K programme as a great starting point, to build up to running 3 miles. 

Some of our sessions can be adapted to suit your ability, however, especially our Track sessions or Improvers sessions. If you're worried about any of our sessions, or want to chat about our club, do Contact Us

Introductory sessions

If you would like to take part in a free introductory session, please let us know via email or the contact form on this website via the Contact page. We will send you an email with more information about the club and let you know what sessions are coming up so that you can pick one to come along and give us a go. We'll make sure that the Run Leader for that session knows you're coming.
